John F. Springer

John F. Springer, Ph.D., CPA, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Accounting and Business at Central Penn College's Undergraduate School of Business and Professional Studies. He teaches courses such as Auditing, Advanced Accounting, and Cost Accounting.
