John D. Hall

Dr. John D. Hall is the James & Wanda Lee Vaughn Endowed Professor of Psychology & Counseling at Arkansas State University, where he coordinates the Educational Specialist Degree Program. He holds multiple credentials including Licensed Psychologist (AR), Licensed School Psychology Specialist (AR), and Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP). His teaching focuses on psychological testing, behavioral intervention, and research design.

Research interests include psychological measurement, professional practice standards, and Response to Intervention frameworks. He maintains affiliations with the Arkansas School Psychology Association, National Association of School Psychologists, and American Association of University Professors.
