John D. Fuller is an Assistant Professor in Economics, Finance, and Strategy at the School of Business, Mercy University, where he also serves as Chair of Graduate Business Programs and Program Director of the MBA program. He has been affiliated with Mercy University for nearly 20 years, transitioning from an adjunct instructor to a full-time faculty member.

Prof. Fuller’s professional background spans over three decades in financial services, including roles at Chase Manhattan Bank (1981-1986) as Vice President of New Business Development, PaineWebber Inc. (1986-1997) as Vice President in underwriting and financing housing/healthcare revenue bonds, and Citigroup’s Smith Barney division (1997-present) advising high-net-worth clients and institutions.
Professional affiliations include membership in the Western Finance Association and the American Finance Association. He holds FINRA/NASD Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses as a General Securities Registered Representative.
