John Codrington

John Codrington is a Researcher and leader of the Structural Integrity Research Group (SIRG) at the University of Adelaide's School of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, part of the Faculty of Sciences, Engineering and Technology. His research focuses on interdisciplinary topics such as bone fracture mechanics, multi-scale modeling of bone microdamage, fatigue analysis of aircraft structures, and composite material damage detection using fiber optics. He combines theoretical modeling with experimental techniques to address challenges in aerospace, defense, and biomedical engineering.
