John Burrows is an Associate Fellow at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a Senior Lecturer at the University of Chicago’s Harris School of Public Policy. He also serves as teaching faculty at Chicago Booth. His research focuses on social capital’s role in negotiation outcomes, decision quality, and organizational performance under uncertainty. He teaches leadership, negotiations, and strategy across MBA, Executive MBA, Master of Public Policy, and executive education programmes globally.
