John Blazeck

John Blazeck is an Assistant Professor at the Georgia Institute of Technology, affiliated with the College of Engineering and the School of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. He leads the Blazeck Lab, which focuses on challenges at the intersection of immunology, engineering, and metabolism to improve human health.

Research Interests:
The Blazeck Lab develops synthetic immune systems, engineers cellular therapies, and designs proteins to combat cancer and metabolic disorders. Key areas include directed evolution, vaccine development, and metabolic engineering to enhance therapeutic efficacy.
