Johana Rocha is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Counseling and Special Education at the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). She is a bilingual (English/Spanish) mental health researcher and practitioner with expertise in clinical supervision, U.S.-Mexico border issues, and mental health disparities among minoritized populations. Her work focuses on supervisee/supervisor preparation, best practices in clinical supervision, and community-based collaborations to enhance mental health outcomes.
