Johan Wänström is an Associate Professor at Linköping University's Department of Culture and Society (IKOS), affiliated with the Centre for Local Government Studies (CKS). His research focuses on municipal and regional governance, including political decision-making processes, citizen engagement with local politics, and inter-organizational collaboration between political bodies and administrative structures.
