Johan Wahlsten is a Ph.D. researcher in Political Science at the University of Helsinki and a 2024–2025 GPEP Affiliate Fellow. He is also a Fulbright Finland fellow, focusing on political economy, particularly the international governance of cross-border capital flow regulation post-2007–2008 financial crisis.
