Joe McMahon

Joe McMahon is a Visiting Lecturer at ISM and serves as the Chief Operating Officer of SAME Solutions, a firm specializing in immersive learning technologies. He is also the Founder and CEO of Baltic Resilience, and has extensive experience as a military leader and strategic advisor. McMahon holds a BSc in Politics and International Relations from the London School of Economics and an MA in International Security Studies from the University of Leicester.

His professional expertise spans crisis management, corporate security, and leadership development, with over 20 years of operational experience in high-risk environments across the Middle East, Africa, South America, and Asia. He has advised major organizations including the International Olympic Committee, AXA Group, and numerous government entities on security systems and strategic risk assessments.

McMahon's teaching focuses on leadership skill development, with courses like GRAL008. He is a published author, having written two novels (The Face of God and The Fourth Stage) and a third in progress. He speaks English, French, Arabic, and German fluently or proficiently.
