Jodi Letkiewicz

Dr. Jodi Letkiewicz is an Associate Professor in the School of Administrative Studies at York University, with expertise in consumer finance, financial planning, and financial well-being. She holds a PhD from Ohio State University and serves on national committees including the Financial Planning Standards Council Educator's Panel.

Research focuses on:

• Consumer financial decision-making and debt attitudes
• Student loans and higher education financing
• Financial literacy education and policy
• Behavioral aspects of personal finance

Publications explore consumer vulnerability in financial services, changing perceptions of higher education value, and longitudinal patterns of debt management. Recent work examines financial mistreatment experiences and debt relief options.
