Jochen Koenigsmann is a University Lecturer at the Mathematical Institute (Logic Group) of the University of Oxford and a Tutorial Fellow at Lady Margaret Hall (LMH). His research focuses on model theory, arithmetic of fields, valuation theory, Galois theory, Hilbert's 10th problem, and anabelian geometry, with applications in number theory.
His recent work includes studies on p-adic valuations, pro-p Galois groups, and definability in number fields, alongside contributions to decidability and undecidability in arithmetic contexts.
