Jobby Jacob

Jobby Jacob is an Associate Professor in the School of Mathematics and Statistics at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), part of the College of Science. His expertise spans Graph Theory, Combinatorics, Mathematical Modeling, and Statistics. He holds a BS from Bharata Mata College (India), an MS from the Indian Institute of Technology (India), and a Ph.D. from Clemson University.

His research focuses on graph labeling, graph algorithms, and combinatorial optimization, with notable contributions to L(h,k) labelings, rankings of graphs, and Cartesian product structures. Recent work includes studies on optimal graph rankings and applications of discrete mathematics to problems like Bernoulli convolutions.
