JoAnn Pacenta

JoAnn Pacenta is an Instructor in Accounting at the School of Business & Hospitality, Pennsylvania College of Technology (since 2002), with prior teaching roles at Susquehanna University, Lycoming College, and Westchester Community College. She holds an MBA from Pace University and a BS in Accounting from York College, supplemented by finance courses at George Washington University.

Her professional background includes managerial accounting and financial analysis at Fortune 500 companies in NYC, and consulting for non-profits where she developed accounting systems and handled grants. Pacenta teaches a comprehensive range of accounting courses including Financial, Managerial, Cost, Intermediate, and Advanced Financial Accounting, as well as Business Management, emphasizing practical spreadsheet skills.
