Professor Jo Adams is a Visiting Professor of Musculoskeletal Health at the University of Southampton’s Faculty of Health Sciences, serving as Professional Lead for Occupational Therapy. She holds dual roles as NIHR Health Professional National Research Mentor and PPI National Lead for the Arthritis Research UK Centre of Excellence. With a career spanning over 30 years, she has led £20m+ in applied clinical research grants, focusing on musculoskeletal rehabilitation, digital interventions, and patient-centered care.
