Jivaan Bennett

Jivaan Bennett is a Visiting Lecturer in International Tax Law at The Dickson Poon School of Law, King's College London, and a Senior Associate at Linklaters' London office. His professional practice focuses on tax advisory, contentious tax issues, commercial disputes (litigation/arbitration), and M&A transactions across sectors like private equity, fintech, energy, and sports. He leads Linklaters’ Caribbean Desk and is part of its Latin America Group.

Academically, his research explores International Tax Law, EU Tax Law, and tax challenges in developing nations. His work has been published in peer-reviewed journals and cited by courts in Belize and Trinidad & Tobago. He is a member of the Independent Financial Network UK (IFA UK) and Young IFA Network.
