Dr. Jitender Sareen is a full-time Professor and Head of the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Manitoba, with cross-appointments in the Faculty of Arts (Psychology) and Max Rady College of Medicine (Community Health Sciences). He serves as Provincial Specialty Lead for Mental Health and Addictions at Shared Health.
