Jingyi (Christine) Sun is a postdoctoral researcher at the School of Chemical Engineering, University of New South Wales. She completed her PhD in Environmental Engineering at UNSW in 2024 under the supervision of Professor T. David Waite, followed by a postdoctoral appointment under Professor Liming Dai.

Her research focuses on electrochemical wastewater treatment technologies, including cathode-enhanced systems for contaminant remediation and development of carbon-based electrodes for scalable electrochemical reactors. This work aligns with UNSW's strengths in environmental engineering and climate adaptation.
