Jing Wang

Dr. Jing Wang is a Lecturer in Business Information Systems within the Department of Operations, Technology, Events and Hospitality Management at Manchester Metropolitan University Business School. She holds a PhD in Information Systems from the University of Sheffield, an M.Ed in Information Management, and a B.A. in Construction Project Management. Certified as a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), she serves as Module Leader for BSc Data Management and BSc Technology Lifecycle Management.

Her research explores socio-technical paradigms in digital technology-mediated collaboration, particularly in construction, healthcare, and food sectors. Key interests include:

• Knowledge boundary spanning
• Inter-organizational digital communication systems
