Jimmy Zhu

Jimmy Zhu is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at the University of Manitoba, affiliated with the Faculty of Science. His research focuses on theoretical computer science, distributed computing, and differential privacy. He holds a PhD from the University of Toronto, advised by Prof. Monika Henzinger, Prof. Seth Pettie, and Prof. Faith Ellen. Prior to his current role, he was a postdoctoral researcher at IST Austria and the University of Michigan, alongside lecturing at the latter institution.
