Jim Strode is the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Programs and O’Bleness Professor of Sports Management at Ohio University’s College of Business. He leads undergraduate curriculum development, academic advising, and career services. His research focuses on philanthropy in athletics, coaching effectiveness, and gender equity. Strode holds a PhD in Sport and Exercise Management from The Ohio State University (2006), an MA from the same institution (2003), and a BBA in Marketing and Management from the University of Wisconsin (2002).
