Jim Lopresti

Jim Lopresti is an Instructor at the University of Colorado Denver Business School, with additional roles as an adjunct lecturer at Colorado State University. He holds a PhD in 19th Century American Literature from the University of Denver and has 35+ years of experience bridging corporate and academic environments through his consulting firm CohereUs.

His research explores management, leadership, emotional intelligence, executive coaching, and literary applications in business. Recent publications examine leadership coaching frameworks and management education materials.

Honors include multiple teaching awards from CU Parents Association, Golden Key National Honor Society induction, and recognition from Italian-American business organizations for educational leadership.

As Faculty Advisor for the National Society of Leadership and Success, he mentors student development. His consulting clients span technology, healthcare, government, and private equity sectors.
