Jim Hinton is the Managing Director at the Max Planck Institute for Nuclear Physics (MPIK) in Heidelberg, Germany, and holds the title of Honorary Professor at the University of Heidelberg. His primary role includes leading the Non-thermal Astrophysics Division and serving as Spokesperson for the SWGO project.
