Jim Henderson is an adjunct instructor in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at Ohio University’s Russ College of Engineering and Technology. He holds an MBA from Ohio Dominican University (2010) and a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems from Capital University (2000). His expertise includes Six Sigma methodologies, Lean Manufacturing, and process optimization, gained through 18 years at PACCAR Inc., where he served as Unit Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Master Black Belt at the Kenworth Plant in Chillicothe, Ohio. He trained hundreds of specialists globally and contributed to cost-saving initiatives valued in the millions.
