Professor Jim Boyne is the Head of Biomedical Science in the School of Health at Leeds Beckett University. With 25 years of experience in cancer research, he focuses on RNA Biology and its role in human disease, particularly cell-free RNAs as liquid biomarkers for cancer progression and healthy ageing. He is a Fellow of the IBMS and RSB, and a Senior Fellow of the HEA.
