Jill R. Horwitz is a Professor of Law and Public Policy at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), holding joint affiliations with the UCLA School of Law and the Luskin School of Public Affairs. She previously served as a Professor of Law and Co-Director of the Law and Economics Program at the University of Michigan, with additional appointments at the School of Public Health and Ford School of Public Policy.
