Jill R. Bowers is an academic leader at Eastern Illinois University (EIU), serving as Lecturer in Human Services, Undergraduate Internship Coordinator, and Graduate Coordinator for the Human Services Program Administration. She concurrently holds administrative roles as Associate Dean in the College of Health and Human Services and Acting Chair of the Human Services Department.
