Jill Foster, MD, is a Professor in the Division of Pediatric Infectious Diseases at the University of Minnesota Medical School and a pediatric infectious diseases physician with M Health Fairview. She serves as Assistant Dean of Pipelines and Pathways for the Office of Undergraduate Medical Education (UME) and co-leads the University's COVID Community Taskforce.
Her research focuses on the prevention and treatment of viral diseases, public health mobilization for prevention/screening, and advancing health equity through clinical and educational initiatives. She has held leadership roles in diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
