Jill Fitzgerald

Jill Fitzgerald is a Lecturer and Adjunct Faculty member at DeSales University, serving as the Director of the Conservatory of Dance and an Adjunct Instructor of Tap. She is also currently adjunct faculty at Cedar Crest College. Her career spans roles in academia, community arts, and professional dance instruction, including significant contributions to the Richmond arts community and co-founding the Tap Ties tap dance company in the Lehigh Valley.

Jill is deeply engaged in advancing dance education through community outreach, choreography, and performance. Her work with Tap Ties includes directing regional performances, conducting Community Tap Classes, and organizing Tap Dance Festivals. She has also held positions such as Assistant Entertainment Manager at Busch Entertainment Corporation and volunteered as a dance instructor for inner-city youth programs.
