Jiao Luo

Jiao Luo is an Associate Professor and Andrew Van de Ven Faculty Fellow in the Strategic Management & Entrepreneurship department at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Columbia Business School (2012), an MPA in Public and Economic Policy from London School of Economics/Columbia University (2005), and a B.S. in Economics from Renmin University of China (2002).
