Jianxiang Bi

Jianxiang Bi is a Senior Lecturer in Strategy and International Business at the University of the West of England's Bristol Business School, affiliated with the FBL - Law department. He teaches both postgraduate and undergraduate modules on strategy and international business.

His research interests span organisational psychology, knowledge creation, digital transformation, generative AI for strategy & innovation, and emerging markets. These areas reflect his expertise in leveraging technological advancements for business innovation and exploring organisational dynamics in global contexts.

Before joining UWE Bristol, Dr Bi gained professional experience in Canada and the United States, where he worked as a consultant on operations and technology. His international background informs his teaching and research, particularly in the context of emerging markets and cross-border business strategies.
