Dr. Jian Wang is the Head of an independent research group at the DWI Leibniz Institute for Interactive Materials, focusing on interfacial chemistry and functional materials. His work bridges plasma-liquid synthesis, polymer mechanochemistry, and biomedical applications. He holds a PhD from EPFL (2021) and completed postdoctoral research at UIUC, supported by Swiss National Science Foundation fellowships.
