Jiahe Li, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Michigan's College of Engineering. His research focuses on engineered microbial systems, synthetic biology, and advanced drug delivery platforms. He leads the Advanced Biotherapeutics Lab, which develops novel strategies for cancer therapy, immunomodulation, and pathogen sensing. Dr. Li holds a B.S. in Microbiology from China Agricultural University (2005-2009), a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Cornell University (2009-2015), and completed postdoctoral training at MIT (2015-2018).
