Ji Won Jeon

Professor Ji Won Jeon is a theater director and educator at Skidmore College, joining recently in 2023. Born in Daejeon, South Korea, she holds an undergraduate degree in Theater from the University of Southern California (USC) and an MFA in Directing from Northwestern University. Prior to her academic role, she worked as a freelance director and producer in Korea before returning to the U.S. for her MFA. Her work emphasizes collaborative processes and inclusive storytelling, particularly advocating for diverse narratives in theater. Notable productions include Peerless and Water By The Spoonful.
