Jessica Winterboer is the clinical instructor for the Respiratory Care Program at South Dakota State University (SDSU), located in Brookings/Madison, South Dakota. She holds an Associate’s degree (2010) and Bachelor’s degree (2014) in Respiratory Care from Dakota State University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Health (MPH) at SDSU. Her clinical expertise spans urban and rural healthcare settings, including roles at Sanford Medical Center (Sioux Falls), Sanford Health (Aberdeen), and Prairie Lakes Health System (Watertown). Her clinical experience encompasses neonatal, pediatric, adult, and emergency care, alongside intensive care transport via Intensive Air/AirMed flight teams.
