Jessica Ngan

Jessica Ngan is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at The Irwin S. Chanin School of Architecture, The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art. She is a PhD Candidate in the History and Theory of Architecture at Princeton University, with a Master of Science in Critical, Curatorial and Conceptual Practices from Columbia University.

Her research focuses on environmental contexts, postcolonialism, and agricultural space, specifically examining countercultural practices of the 1960s and 70s within broader agricultural production and labor frameworks. She has contributed to curatorial projects as an exhibition designer at Studio-X and a curatorial fellow at the Storefront for Art and Architecture.

Her professional trajectory bridges architectural practice, historical research, and curatorial experimentation, informed by interdisciplinary engagement with environmental and socio-political themes.
