Jessica Neff is a Clinical Associate Professor of Communication at the University of Southern California's Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, co-director of the MS in Communication Data Science program (joint with USC Viterbi School of Engineering), and co-director of the MS in Communication Data Science Dual Degree Program with Tsinghua University. She teaches in the Communication Data Science and Master of Communication Management programs, focusing on new communication technologies, organizational communication, and marketing.
Her research examines intersections between interpersonal/group communication and emerging technologies. She holds a PhD and MA in Communication from USC Annenberg and a BA in Psychology from UC Santa Cruz. Before USC, she completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Barcelona Media Center and worked at USC Marshall School of Business's Experiential Learning Center.
