Jessica Kincaid

Jessica Kincaid is a Legal Writing Lecturer at Baylor Law School, teaching in the Legal Analysis, Research, and Communications (LARC) program since Fall 2023. Her scholarship focuses on legal writing pedagogy, bankruptcy law, and consumer protection frameworks.

• B.A. in English and History from Malone University
• J.D. from University of Michigan School of Law
