Jessica Kalmar

Jessica Kalmar, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor of Psychology at Lakeland University, serving as Director of the Psychology Lab and Honors Program Coordinator. She joined Lakeland in 2013 after roles at Yale University School of Medicine's Mood Disorders Research Program. Her research focuses on stigmatizing attitudes toward mental illness and brain-cognition relationships in psychiatric populations.

Her work has been supported by NIH grants and published in over 30 journal articles/book chapters, including co-editing Information Processing Speed in Clinical Populations. She has held fellowships at multiple hospitals and taught at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
