Jessica Hösel serves as a Research Fellow at the Heidelberg University of Jewish Studies (HfJS), affiliated with the Department of Jewish History. She is actively engaged in the BMBF-funded project "Educational Game Joseph Süß Oppenheimer," developing digital educational tools centered on 18th-century German-Jewish historical narratives.
Her research integrates Jewish History with innovative pedagogical methodologies, focusing on digital storytelling and educational game design to make historical subjects accessible. This work bridges academic scholarship with public engagement through technology-driven historical education.
