About
Jessica Guilbert is a Lecturer in Developmental and Cognitive Psychology at the Université Paris-Est Créteil Val de Marne (UPEC), affiliated with the INSPE of the Créteil Academy. She conducts research at the interdisciplinary CHArt laboratory (EA 4004), focusing on human and artificial cognition within the 'Cognitive Sciences and Education' team at the Maison de la Recherche et de l’Innovation in Bonneuil-sur-Marne.

She studies constraints affecting graphomotor skills in both typically developing children and those with motor difficulties.
Guilbert leads the research project Améliorer les compétences graphomotrices des élèves de cycle 2 grâce à un entrainement combinant imagerie motrice et pratique physique (2020-2022) and has contributed to multiple collaborative initiatives including NUMEC (digital tools for handwriting), ECRICOL (writing competency assessment), and TAO (orthography learning).
