Jessica Diaz, PhD, is a scholar-practitioner at Claremont Graduate University, where she chairs the applied doctorate program in Organizational Psychology. She is the founder and director of the ExCo (The Employee Experience Collective), a collaborative network focused on enhancing employee experiences through research and practice. Her expertise spans organizational behavior, psychological safety, and leader development, with a strong emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

Research Interests center on the psychological processes that shape employee experiences and the organizational conditions that foster empowerment.
