Jessica Brock

Jessica Brock is a Research Fellow at the Centre for Food Policy, City St George's, University of London, where she also completed her PhD in Food Policy from 2019 to 2024. Her work focuses on citizen participation in food systems research, particularly with communities most affected by food insecurity and systemic challenges.
