Jessica Berry

Jessica Berry is an Associate Clinical Professor at Boston College Law School where she directs a clinic focused on representation and systemic reform for children, youth, and families. She previously worked for 15 years at the Children's Law Center of Massachusetts representing youth in education, mental health, and child welfare matters.

Her legal practice and research address harmful state intervention while promoting autonomy and opportunity for vulnerable populations. She has taught in BC Law's Juvenile Rights Advocacy Program and supervised law students in clinical practice.
