Jess Bonnan-White is an Associate Professor of Criminal Justice at the College of Liberal Arts, Stockton University, USA. She teaches courses in homeland security, emergency management, immigration and border policy, criminological theory, and research methods.

She volunteers expertise for humanitarian training with non-profit organizations and is affiliated with Stockton University’s Department of Criminal Justice since her appointment as Associate Professor.
