Jess Ayers

Jess Ayers serves as a Visiting Senior Fellow at the Grantham Research Institute, LSE, and CEO of Quadrature Climate Foundation. With 20 years in climate strategy, advising, and convening across government, NGOs, UN, and philanthropy, she focuses on science-led solutions for vulnerable populations.
