Jerzy Kosmala is a Lecturer in Viola at the University of California, Irvine (UCI) Department of Music. Internationally recognized as a concert violist and pedagogue, he has performed across Europe, the former Soviet Union, North and South America, Asia, and South Africa, with recordings on Orion, Vox/MGM, and Centaur labels. He frequently appears as a guest artist at major festivals, universities, and conservatories worldwide, including the Royal Academy of Music (London), Mozarteum (Salzburg), Juilliard, Eastman School of Music, and Boston University.
