Jerry Hertzog

Jerry Hertzog is a Research Fellow at the University of Chicago working in the Rowan Group, focusing on polymeric materials and their structure-property relationships.

• BAs in Chemistry and Mathematics from Washington & Jefferson College (2016, Summa Cum Laude)
• PhD in Chemistry from the University of Chicago under Prof. Stuart Rowan

His research spans Polymer Science, Supramolecular Chemistry, Materials Chemistry, and Nanomaterials, with doctoral work centered on the design, synthesis, and characterization of doubly threaded rotaxane and polyrotaxane materials.
