Jeremy Young is the Head of Chamber Music and Senior Tutor in Piano at the Royal Northern College of Music (RNCM). He specializes in piano chamber music and coordinates the International Chamber Music Department alongside colleagues like Donald Grant and Rob Buckland. Jeremy is a founder of the Manchester Piano Trio and has collaborated with renowned artists such as Mark Padmore and Karine Georgian across venues like Wigmore Hall and Esplanade Hall (Singapore).
His teaching spans international institutions including the Sibelius Academy (Finland) and Shanghai Conservatory. He founded the South Downs Summer Music Festival and curated major festivals like 'O Albion' (2010) and 'BudaFest' (2017). Jeremy holds degrees from the Purcell School of Music, Royal Academy of Music, and RNCM.
