Professor Jeremy Telman is a Professor of Law at the Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he teaches Contracts, Sales, and Public International Law. Before this role, he served for sixteen years at Valparaiso University Law School, holding leadership positions as Associate Dean for Faculty Development and Director of International Programs. He holds a Ph.D. in Modern European History from Cornell University and has held visiting roles at Northern Illinois University, DePaul University, and Drexel University Law Schools. Currently, he is a Dean’s Visiting Scholar at Georgetown University Law Center.
His academic journey includes a clerkship at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, commercial litigation practice at Sidley Austin LLP, and teaching history at the College of Charleston. He served as editor of the ContractsProf Blog (AALS Section on Contracts) from 2011–2015 and returned in 2020. His research focuses on contracts, public international law, comparative jurisprudence, and constitutional interpretation, particularly originalism.
